Clinic funding
We fund and equip permanent dental clinics in places that had none, run by local providers who stay long after we arrive.
Medical Access Care Dental funds clinics and mobile dental teams, and connects them through one global hub, so the communities the world overlooks can receive the care they deserve.
Most people we serve live where dental care is scarce, costly, or wiped out by conflict. We work on all three fronts at once.
We fund and equip permanent dental clinics in places that had none, run by local providers who stay long after we arrive.
When a clinic is too far or no longer standing, our mobile teams bring chairs, tools, and trained hands directly to the people who need them.
One hub linking donors, suppliers, and providers, so supplies, funding, and skilled volunteers land exactly where they do the most good.
We focus on communities living through hardship, displacement, and conflict, with early work centred in Gaza and other Muslim-majority regions where dental care has become almost impossible to reach. Every program is built with local partners and led by the dignity of the people we serve.
Partner with usEach program is designed to work on its own and to strengthen the others. Together they form a single path from a donation to a treated patient.
We build, equip, and sustain permanent dental clinics in communities that had none. Clinics are staffed and run by local dentists, so care continues long after the build is complete. We fund the chair, the tools, the sterilisation, and the first year of operation while the clinic finds its feet.
For places a clinic cannot reach, or where one has been destroyed, our mobile teams carry portable chairs and tools to camps, shelters, and remote villages. They treat pain on the day, handle urgent extractions and infections, and refer complex cases into the clinic network.
Our hub is the connective tissue of the whole effort. It matches donated supplies and funding to the clinics and teams that need them most, schedules skilled volunteers, and keeps a clear, honest record of where every resource goes.
When conflict or disaster strikes, dental needs do not wait. We move funding and mobile teams quickly to treat acute pain and infection in the hardest moments, working alongside partners already on the ground.
We keep the path between generosity and care as short and as honest as possible.
A donation, donated supplies, volunteered skills, or a new partnership joins the pool of resources behind our work.
Our coordination hub matches each resource to the clinic or mobile team where it will relieve the most pain, fastest.
Local dentists and trained teams treat patients with dignity, and stay to keep care going long after.

MACD began as a shared conviction: that no one should live in pain for the simple lack of a dentist nearby.
Charlotte leads how MACD shows up on the ground, from the partners we choose to the way care is delivered with warmth and respect. She keeps the mission human in every decision.
Michael builds the systems that let MACD reach further, the hub, the funding flow, and the infrastructure that turns generosity into treated patients without waste.
The essentials about who we are, where we work, and how to help.
Medical Access Care Dental (MACD) is a dental-care initiative working to bring oral healthcare to communities the world overlooks. It funds permanent dental clinics, deploys mobile dental teams, and runs a hub that coordinates supplies, funding, and volunteers.
MACD focuses on communities living through hardship, displacement, and conflict, with early work centred in Gaza and other underserved, Muslim-majority regions where dental care has become almost impossible to reach. Every program is built with local partners.
Four connected programs: clinic funding, mobile dental teams, a resource coordination hub, and emergency response during conflict or disaster.
Not yet. MACD is currently an early concept preview. It is not yet an operating charity and is not collecting donations. This site was created to share the concept and invite partners and supporters.
MACD was co-founded by Charlotte Daly (Director of Programs) and Michael Caswell (Director of Operations).
